Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions You may cancel your HOE+ membership at any time from your account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll retain full access to all resources until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Annual plans If you cancel an annual membership within 14 days of purchase and have not downloaded any resources, you are entitled to a full refund. After this period, or if downloads have been made, cancellations will take effect at the end of the annual term with no refund issued.
How to cancel
- Log in to your account at shop.hands-oneducation.com
- Go to My Account > Manage Subscriptions
- Select your plan and choose Cancel subscription
Alternatively, contact us at support@hands-oneducation.com and we'll process the cancellation for you.
