Returns & Refund Policy

Because all Hands-On Education products are digital downloads, standard return rights for physical goods do not apply. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.


1. Individual resource purchases All sales of individual PDF resources are final once the download link has been accessed. We are unable to offer refunds after a file has been downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your download, please contact us at support@hands-oneducation.com and we will resolve it promptly.


2. HOE+ memberships

Monthly plans Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Annual plans If you cancel an annual membership within 14 days of purchase and have not downloaded any resources, you are entitled to a full refund. After 14 days, or where any resources have been downloaded, no refund will be issued and access continues until the end of the annual term.


3. Duplicate purchases If you accidentally purchase the same resource twice, contact us within 14 days and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate order.


4. Faulty or misdescribed products If a resource is materially different from its description, or contains a significant error that affects its usability, please contact us and we will offer either a corrected version or a full refund at our discretion.


5. How to request a refund Email us at support@hands-oneducation.com with your order number and a brief description of your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.


6. Consumer rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
